💼 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of live events, promotions, and community programs
Support registration, guest services, and on-site logistics
Engage attendees to provide information and deliver a positive experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Track attendance, feedback, and event performance metrics
Participate in training and professional development workshops
Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face interactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn on the job
Team player but able to work independently
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available for weekends and evening events
Paid hands-on training in event management and promotions
