Position Summary:
Are you ready to kick off your accounting career and do more than just crunch numbers? We’re looking for an entry-level Accountant who’s excited to take what they’ve learned in the classroom and apply it in the real world. You’ll join a team that thrives at the intersection of traditional accounting and the fast-moving crypto industry. If you’re curious, motivated, and eager to grow, this is your chance to learn hands-on while working alongside experienced pros who know how to get things done. This is a great role for new graduates who want to build a strong foundation in accounting while gaining early exposure to one of the most innovative industries.
Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple clients and support day-to-day communication
- Keep client books up to date in QuickBooks Online
- Help onboard vendors and process invoices weekly
- Support month-end closings by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries
- Assist with payroll processing for clients
- Collect and organize crypto transaction data across different blockchains
- Reconcile crypto holdings and help prepare cost-basis reports
- Contribute to financial statements and management reports
- Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as needed
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with QuickBooks Online (but we’ll teach you if not)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team player who can also take initiative independently
- Interest in crypto and blockchain, whether you’re already trading or just curious, we’ll help you connect the dots

- $60,000 – $65,000 base salary
