Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our communication efforts, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage effectively with our audience. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to develop their skills in public relations, corporate communications, and digital media. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Manage and update content on the company’s social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and support internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Help organize and promote company events, including webinars, conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular communications reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
