Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to launch their career in communications, marketing, or public relations. The Communications Assistant will support the development and implementation of our communication strategies, work collaboratively with internal teams, and help maintain consistent messaging across multiple platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts.
  • Help coordinate and organize company events and public relations activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports for the communications team.
  • Maintain updated databases of media contacts and communications resources.
