Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Manage and update content on the organization’s social media platforms to engage with the audience.
• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public relations activities.
• Help maintain the organization’s media contact database and communication resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles.
