As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of various communication strategies that enhance our company’s brand presence and engagement with key audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
- Support the management and content scheduling of the company’s social media platforms.
- Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and internal meetings.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication campaigns and public relations activities.
- Maintain and update the contact database of media representatives and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
