We are currently seeking an Entry Level Business Support Services Specialist, to join our dynamic and experienced Boeing Global Enterprise Services team in Brazil
The candidate will assist the focal point responsible for processing invoices and payments according to internal procedures for its headquarters in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at prioritization, possesses high interpersonal skills, and has fluent bilingual written/verbal communication (Portuguese x English). In addition, this person will be providing service excellence by responding using standard processes that include (but are not limited to) the position's responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assists operations management by ensuring compliance and providing Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management.
- Responds to routine or basic processes to support local hire employees and global assignees to accomplish a request.
- Assists with facilities operations and administration, non-real-property project administration, property administration and facilities provisioning activities.
- Assists with routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data.
- Aids with processes and procedures for safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while becoming familiar and adhering to compliance standards.
- Assists in compiling data from various sources.
- Aids in event support and executive visits.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- Knowledge or Exposure as Facilities and/or Finance analyst.
- Post-Secondary Education.
- Demonstrate high standards and integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience processing invoices and payments through multiple online payment tools, reconciling payments.
- Experience using Concur travel/expense software or a similar travel and expense management system is a plus.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Open to other duties as assigned and willing to take on additional projects as growth and development opportunities.
- Brazilian Tax regulations knowledge.
