As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in investigating business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with our organization's objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
• Assist in proposing technical and process solutions that meet business needs
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Basic understanding of business processes
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
