We're seeking a detail-oriented and curious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Browser Tester. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense, ensuring our web applications function flawlessly across various browsers and devices. You'll play a crucial part in identifying and reporting bugs, validating fixes, and contributing to a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Functional Testing:
- Thoroughly test website features to verify they perform as expected across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
- Execute test cases to ensure all functionalities are working correctly.
- Evaluate the website's usability and identify any inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
- Test website responsiveness and ensure optimal performance across various screen sizes and devices.
- Identify and report visual or layout issues that negatively impact the user experience.
- Test and identify issues related to vendor-provided IP protection systems.
- Test for breakage of First Party (FP) and In Stream Bidding (ISB) systems.
- Monitor website loading times and identify potential latency issues.
- Report any performance bottlenecks that affect the user experience.
- Verify the accuracy of IP geolocation functionality.
- Identify and report inconsistencies or errors in IP geo-based content or features.
- Test for unexpected location-based behavior.
- Create detailed and accurate bug reports with clear steps to reproduce issues.
- Maintain accurate test documentation and track testing progress.
- Use bug tracking tools to report and manage defects.
User Experience (UX) Testing:

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with VPNs and proxy servers.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Basic understanding of website functionality and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with different web browsers and operating systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
