We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for driven, people-focused individuals to join our Leadership Development Program and take on the role of Entry-Level Assistant Manager.
What You’ll DoAs an Assistant Manager in Training, you’ll learn the ins and outs of event marketing, brand strategy, and team leadership while making a real difference in the community.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting daily marketing and event operations for community outreach campaigns
Learning to manage and motivate small teams during events and fundraising activities
Collaborating with senior managers to develop and implement campaign strategies
Engaging with the public to share the mission of local nonprofits and social justice organizations
Tracking campaign performance and assisting with reporting and improvement strategies
We’re seeking candidates who are:
18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Highly motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Team players who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Passionate about social impact, diversity, and community development
