What You’ll DoLearn the essentials of business operations, marketing, and client relationship management
Support live events, fundraising efforts, and community campaigns for nonprofit partners
Assist in monitoring team performance and achieving campaign goals
Build and nurture relationships with clients and the public
Set an example in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Self-driven, positive, and enthusiastic
Comfortable in dynamic, high-energy work environments
Team-oriented with a natural ability to motivate and inspire others
No prior management experience required — we provide full paid training
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sports is helpful but optional
