🔑 What You'll Do:Support the daily execution of marketing, sales, and outreach campaigns
Lead and mentor a small team to hit goals and exceed performance standards
Represent national brands at live events, retail promotions, and community activations
Oversee event logistics including setup, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Track team performance and provide actionable feedback and coaching
Attend weekly leadership workshops and strategic planning sessions
Manage customer records, campaign data, and contribute to long-term growth strategies
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or event marketing is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Natural leadership potential – proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
