- Receive comprehensive training in account management, sales strategy, and client relations, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and support the performance of the sales team.
- Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to confidently address inquiries.
- Develop rapport with business owners and customers through regular communication, understanding needs, and proactively addressing concerns.
