Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Manager:
- Engage with customers to qualify their needs and guide them through the entire sales process.
- Manage customer accounts from introduction to sale closure, ensuring all steps are efficiently completed.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or questions regarding AT&T products and services during the sales cycle.
- Use negotiation skills to present additional sales opportunities, discounts, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly KPIs, contributing to overall customer account growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and progress to achieve sales goals.
Entry-Level Account Manager Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail sales, customer service, hospitality) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident, and positive attitude.
