The Role

We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing Customer Service and Sales Team in the Houston area! As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic who is ready to contribute to both their personal growth and the overall success of the company. In this Entry-Level Account Manager role, you will receive comprehensive training across various departments, learning essential skills in sales, customer service, and leadership.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional service to our AT&T clients, ensuring a seamless sales process, and offering some of the most recognized products in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Manager:

  • Engage with customers to qualify their needs and guide them through the entire sales process.
  • Manage customer accounts from introduction to sale closure, ensuring all steps are efficiently completed.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or questions regarding AT&T products and services during the sales cycle.
  • Use negotiation skills to present additional sales opportunities, discounts, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly KPIs, contributing to overall customer account growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and progress to achieve sales goals.

Entry-Level Account Manager Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail sales, customer service, hospitality) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident, and positive attitude.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed both independently and as part of a team.
  • A self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance regulations.
