About the Role:

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will:

  • Receive In-Depth Training: Gain a thorough understanding of every department within our firm with the support of our management team.
  • Manage Client Accounts: Represent clients, manage their brands, and stay informed about competitors in the region.
  • Drive Growth: Contribute to our firm’s motto of perpetual growth and opportunity through effective account management.

Daily Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Track Performance: Report daily sales and territory assessments to Senior Management.
  • Participate in Training: Attend weekday management meetings to learn tools and tactics for daily success.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings to optimize customer engagement.
  • Travel: Visit assigned territories locally and attend national conferences and client meetings.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients throughout their journey.

Preferred Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree or proven success in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service and sales.
  • Communication: Comfortable with presentations and daily client interactions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adjust work schedules and travel as needed.
