Here’s what you need:
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2025 through August 2026
If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French
Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Feels comfortable leading workshops, asking others for input and telling stories as a presentation style
Has experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL)
Think critically and have taken classes in statistics or data analytics
Adept at navigating ambiguity, demonstrated quantitative skills, and thinks analytically
Understands the implementation of data analytics in solving problems
Know you still have a lot to learn and are willing to be a lifelong learner
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
