Job Description
AIR Communities is adding a Senior Business Applications Manager to lead the Business Applications team. This role will interact with IT, various departments and 3rd party Vendors to provide functional and technical support across multiple applications within Property Operations (e.g. Entrata, Interflextion, Rentana, etc.). Manages Configuration of administrative and security settings in support of business-related requests as well as providing tier 3 user support and problem solving while providing the highest quality of customer service and responsiveness. This person will serve as the Project Manager for medium to large scale Property Operations initiatives. Project management activities include the coordination of data and activities across various groups in Property Operations and other Air departments. Manage configuration and day-to-day job requirements once a project is finished and moves into a maintaining stage.
Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support central administrative operations.
What You Will Do
- Develop subject matter expertise in business applications.
- Develop and configure application administrative settings in support of business-related requests.
- Configure document mapping for automated document generation.
- Maintain change control records and/or directories.
- Database configuration and setup for property acquisitions and dispositions
- Adhoc query/report extraction
- Maintain security roles and coordinate with IT to implement roles to ensure compliance.
- Trouble shoot and determine resolution where there is no historical pre-defined solution.
- Oversee and manage development and enhancement requests with each system
- Work typically involves unique situations involving heavy inter-departmental interaction.
- Developing and documenting new processes that are timely as well as meeting regulatory standards.
- Provide project management for projects to ensure they are within budget and on time.
Qualifications
What You Have
- Education &Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience or equivalent amount of work experience in System Administration management. Supervisory experience is required.
Qualifications:This manager will have a proven track record in managing large teams and projects, be a problem solver, good communicator, and a hands-on manager. Will have Strong computer skills and have strong team building, coaching and training skills, a strong compliance and financial results orientation and a demonstrated ability to enhance value at the community level.

What We Offer
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:
- Expected pay rate of 120,000 - $130,000 plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
