About Us:TruU is seeking a highly skilled Entra ID expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure authentication, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity and access management (IAM) account provisioning. This role requires expertise in setting and controlling default user authentication methods, including certificates and FIDO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Authentication & MFA:
  • Strong understanding of Azure authentication with other players like Okta, PingFed FordgeRock.
  • Configure and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings.
  • Understanding of Azure Defaults and controls around them.
  • Set and control default user authentication methods, including certificates and FIDO.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM):
  • Oversee IAM account provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and policies within Entra ID.
• Groups & Conditional Access:
  • Create and manage groups in Entra ID and hybrid environments for devices / users / guests
  • Develop and implement conditional access policies.
  • Add computers to groups (both hybrid and Entra joined) and apply relevant policies and controls.
• Integration & Security:
  • Integrate Entra ID with other on-premise and cloud applications.
  • Ensure secure access to corporate resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access issues.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support identity management projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on Entra ID configurations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Entra ID (Azure AD) development, integration, and administration.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) features, including user and group management, conditional access, and MFA.
  • Experience with identity federation, provisioning/deprovisioning, SSO (Single Sign-On), and identity synchronization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Entra ID (Azure AD) management.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
