Entertainment Park Manager (Village Roadshow Greece)

About the Role

Village Roadshow (member of Antenna Group) is a leading entertainment brand, best known for its cinemas, delivering an unparalleled movie-going experience to over 3 million viewers annually.

We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Entertainment Park Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our park and create unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll play a key role in team leadership, guest satisfaction, safety, and revenue-driving activities such as memberships, parties, and events.

This role is ideal for someone with solid operational and people-management experience who’s ready to grow.

Job Description 

Team & Guest Experience

  • Be a visible, hands-on leader, stepping into any park role when needed
  • Support, coach, and motivate Team Members, Team Leads, and Supervisors
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Foster a positive, fun, and high-performance park culture
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences across attractions, birthday parties, and café areas
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Operations & Sales Support

  • Coordinate the membership experience and community through enhancing in-park interactions.
  • Support Front Desk and Party Teams in executing effective sales and service processes
  • Assist in tracking and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the necessary departments on promotions, in-park initiatives, and local community engagement
  • Support scheduling to align staffing with operational and safety needs

Safety, Facilities & Compliance

  • Ensure daily park operations meet safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Monitor attractions and equipment, reporting issues and following up on work orders
  • Support safety training, incident reporting, and compliance with company and OSHA guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management for facilities, food & beverage, parties, and vending

Scheduling & Workforce Administration

  • Assist in creating and managing shift schedules and work rosters based on operational needs
  • Ensure proper staffing levels across all shifts to support safety, service, and performance
  • Support basic workforce administration processes, including attendance tracking, working hours, and leave coordination
  • Assist with labor-related processes and compliance, in line with local regulations
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and support internal reporting requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, fitness, or a high-volume customer service environment
  • Ability to oversee the daily operation of a high-traffic entertainment environment
  • Sales exposure (memberships, upselling, or events is a plus)
  • Comfortable using basic technology tools (MS Office, Teams, POS systems)
  • Results-driven, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-first mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to move throughout the park for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy, and sometimes loud environment
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
