Enterprise Technology Administrator, People Team Systems
Location: San Francisco, CA
About the Role
The Enterprise Technology Administrator, People Team Systems is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of Crusoe’s core People Information Systems (HRIS), including Rippling, Ashby, Lattice, Workramp, and LinkedIn Learning. This role works closely with the People Team, Enterprise Technology, and Systems Engineering to ensure our HR technology effectively supports business needs.
What You’ll Be Working On
Maintain stability, security, and performance of People Team platforms
Troubleshoot HR process issues (onboarding, offboarding, integrations)
Manage HRIS ticket queues and ensure timely resolution
Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and implement enhancements
Support integrations, data governance, and release upgrades
Document systems, create training materials, and deliver user training
What You’ll Bring to the Team
BA/BS degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
3+ years with major HRIS platforms (Rippling, Ashby, Lattice, Workramp, LinkedIn Learning preferred)
5+ years in HR systems administration or similar role
Experience with integrations, APIs, and HR processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, learning, reporting)
Background in data migration and HRIS system implementation

Compensation Range
$125,000 – $151,000 + Bonus + RSUs. Final compensation will be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.
