4 year(s) of experience in progressive roles managing IT/AV operations, quality control, process improvement, and compliance and, 2 year(s) of onsite AV (Audio Visual) technical support.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:

  • Aiding end users experiencing issues using meeting space technology including, helping users connect to meetings using MS Teams, Webex, Google or Zoom in various scenarios and triaging any technology issues escalating to the firms break/fix support team, if needed;
  • Helping end users set up for large meetings and tests meeting space in advance to prevent technical issues with conference room technology;
  • Demonstrating core knowledge of Enterprise AV - Crestron Control & Digital Media, Extron, Biamp Tesira, FORTE & Nexia and Cisco Video Conferencing, and webcasting;
  • Exhibiting familiarity with Digital Signage functionality;
  • Understanding enterprise network and security with respect to AV deployment;
  • Working knowledge of how to use Collaboration products - Google, MS Surface Hubs, WebEx, and Google Hangouts/Meet, and Cisco Room Systems;
  • Showing empathy with end users, de-escalate issues and is solution oriented;
  • Organizing with vendors and other tech teams when office technology is not in working order to meet the standard of quality for office technology;
  • Communicating effectively at different levels within and outside of the organization;
  • Providing input proactively to office technology design and support models by sharing end user feedback;
  • Applying proven judgment in knowing when to escalate issues and to manage stakeholders;
  • Taking initiative to independently identify and troubleshoot issues related to implementation of office technology solutions (specifically around Audio Visual solutions) including, network issues and other meeting space technology issues;
  • Meeting with vendors for installation, fixes and maintenance;
  • Demonstrating an experienced level of understanding of AV collaboration technologies, network design, cabling, UPS and the ability to understand and analyze schematics, diagrams, blueprints and floor plans;
  • Using ticket management system to track office technology issues, document issues and resolution plans and follow up on tickets that are not resolved promptly;
  • Offering in office support and on-call support as needed;
  • Troubleshooting application and network performance and connectivity issues with appropriate teams;
  • Monitoring system availability and performance, identify and resolve issues proactively;
  • Displayingproven development, organization and planning skills; and,
  • Understanding network and Wi-Fi technology and how to test functionality.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $219,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
