We’re looking for a Team Lead who knows how to keep enterprise clients running smoothly.
You’ll guide a sharp crew of engineers handling some of our largest, most complex environments—think multi-site networks, critical uptime, and the occasional high-stakes escalation.
This isn’t a “sit in meetings and nod” leadership role. You’ll roll up your sleeves, mentor your team, and make sure our enterprise clients get the kind of service that makes them wonder why they ever worked with anyone else.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team
- Keep the day-to-day flowing—dispatch, priorities, workloads, and all the moving parts.
- Coach your engineers through challenges and growth moments (we don’t babysit here, we build talent).
- Jump in on tough escalations and model calm, clear-headed troubleshooting.
- Set expectations, give feedback, and celebrate wins that matter.
- Build a team culture rooted in accountability, respect, and a healthy dose of humor.
Deliver Outstanding Service
- Make sure SLAs aren’t just numbers—they’re promises we actually keep.
- Spot patterns before they turn into problems, and fix systems, not symptoms.
- Keep process documentation tidy enough that future-you will thank you.
- Collaborate with the Internal Teams when projects cross lines.
- Use the tools like the pros you and your team are.
Work with Clients Like a Partner
- Be the go-to person for our enterprise contacts when things get serious—or just confusing.
- Join client strategy meetings and bring ideas that make their operations stronger.
- Provide insights that help leadership see trends, risks, and wins across their environment.
- Keep communication clear, timely, and human (because no one likes mystery tickets).
Our Tech Landscape
You’ll guide a team supporting environments built around:
- Microsoft Infrastructure: Windows Server 2016/2019+, AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
- Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
- Networking & Security: Firewalls, VPN, VLANs, EDR tools
- Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Monitoring & Backups: Huntress, Defender, Veeam
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in MSP or enterprise-level IT support,
- Preferred: Leadership or escalation experience
- Deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Server, AD, Azure, M365)
- Solid network chops and hands-on firewall experience
- Great communication—technical, client-facing, and team-level
- A leadership style that’s part coach, part quarterback, and part problem-solver
- Bonus points if you enjoy finding better ways to do the same old things
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Salary $80,000 to $100,00 Starting
Benefits: PTO, Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, Retirement Match*, Bonus Plan, Profit Sharing, Gym Reimbursement
