As a Senior Engineer, Integrations, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions for GameStop’s enterprise applications. You will be responsible for building scalable and secure integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) to ensure seamless data exchange between cloud and on-premise systems. This position requires strong expertise in middleware technologies, API-based integrations, and SAP-based communication protocols.

This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), ensuring seamless data flow between enterprise systems.
  • Perform source and target mapping using protocols such as OData, IDoc, RFC, FTP, Proxies.
  • Develop iFlows leveraging SOAP, REST API calls, JDBC Calls, ABAP RFC, and oData Services.
  • Architect and build integrations from scratch and enhance standard SAP integrations and connectors efficiently.
  • Utilize Open Connectors to facilitate smooth integrations across various platforms.
  • Deliver complex application integration solutions for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments using industry-standard integration protocols and adapters such as B2B, Flat file, JDBC, EDI, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDOC, ALE/EDI, JMS, JDBC, ODBC.
  • Apply XSLT, Groovy scripting, and Graphical Mapping for data transformation within integrations.
  • Work with various middleware platforms to support Cloud-to-Cloud, Cloud-to-On-Premise, and On-Premise-to-On-Premise integration scenarios.
  • Provide EDI development expertise using SAP BTP Integration Suite B2B application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP, IT, business analysts, and third-party vendors, to ensure integration solutions align with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies and best practices to continuously improve integration architecture.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), middleware, and enterprise integration.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing iFlows with SOAP, REST API calls, JDBC, ABAP RFC, oData Services.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration frameworks and SAP functional modules.
  • Expertise in data mapping and transformation using XSLT, Groovy scripts, or Graphical Mapping.
  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B/EDI integrations and SAP BTP Integration Suite B2B application.
  • Proficiency with integration security concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and API authentication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP API Management, or other iPaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or SAP Commerce Cloud integration.
  • Familiarity with Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) and message queuing systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
