Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Engineer
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer is responsible for empowering InvestCloud’s teams through the adoption, optimization, and support of advanced enterprise platforms and AI-driven tools. This position will facilitate the deployment and integration of key technologies, enhance business intelligence capabilities, drive process automation, deliver outstanding end user support, and ensure effective asset management.
Key Responsibilities
AI Adoption
· Lead the assessment, piloting, and implementation of AI tools such as Glean, Cursor, and Fellow.ai across the enterprise.
· Identify and document business cases for AI integration and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable adoption.
· Establish best practices, workflows, and compliance procedures for AI usage.
Enterprise Data Management & Business Intelligence
· Design, manage, and optimize dataflows in Power BI and Python to fulfill reporting and analytics requirements.
· Create and support interactive dashboards and reports, translating business objectives into actionable insights.
· Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility throughout reporting platforms.
End User Support & Systems Administration
· Serve as a primary contact for end user support on enterprise platforms including Atlassian products, Zendesk, and Glean.
· Administer these platforms, handling provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
· Develop and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge base resources to enhance the end user experience.
Process Automation & Systems Integration
· Automate business processes within Jira Service Management to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
· Integrate enterprise systems and platforms using Power Automate and other middleware, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver process improvements through automation and integration.
Asset Management
· Support and optimize asset management practices using Jira Assets.
· Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and software, adhering to compliance and lifecycle management standards.
· Contribute to ongoing development and enforcement of asset management policies and reporting.
Qualifications
· Proven hands-on experience in enterprise platforms such as Atlassian products, Zendesk, Power BI, and AI tool implementation (e.g., Glean, Cursor, Fellow.ai).
· Competence in data modeling, ETL, and report/dashboard development (Power BI, Python).
· Demonstrated ability to automate and integrate systems and business processes (Jira Service Management, Power Automate).
· Experience supporting asset management solutions (Jira Assets).
· Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
· Ability to create user-focused documentation and facilitate end user training.
· Capacity to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
· Familiarity with scripting and automation related to enterprise platform integration.
· Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance frameworks.
· Comfort with adapting existing workflows for new or updated technologies.
· Demonstrated ability to support initiatives involving new AI tools and emerging technologies.
