Enterprise Solution Architect - On Site - KSA - Octopus by RTG

We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to translate business requirements and Enterprise Architecture principles into secure, scalable, and end-to-end technology solutions. The role will define solution architecture across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains while ensuring alignment with the organization's target architecture, standards, and regulatory requirements. The Enterprise Solution Architect will work closely with Business Architects, Application Architects, Data Architects, Security Architects, Infrastructure Architects, and technical teams to support transformation, modernization, and application rationalization initiatives.

YOU WILL

• Design end-to-end solution architecture across business, application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with Enterprise Architecture, standards, and target architecture.
• Define current-state and target-state solution architecture and identify architectural gaps.
• Evaluate technology and solution options and provide architecture recommendations.
• Define application components, integrations, APIs, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Ensure interoperability between existing and new systems.
• Review solution designs and provide architecture recommendations and approvals.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, technology, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, constraints, and potential impacts.
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Application Architects, Data Architects, Security Architects, Infrastructure Architects, and technical teams.
• Participate in architecture governance and monitor compliance with approved architecture.
• Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and architecture decision records.
• Support modernization, transformation, and application rationalization initiatives..

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ Total years of experience, 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related roles.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Experience working in a SAMA-regulated environment is an advantage.
• Strong experience in designing end-to-end technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns, interfaces, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and governance.
• Experience evaluating technology options and performing architecture assessments.
• Experience identifying architectural risks, dependencies, and gaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or similar certification is preferred.
