Volley is focused on racquet sports such as Tennis, Pickleball, Padel, and Platform Tennis. For decades, this space has seen minimal training advancement, but the Volley simulator is poised to revolutionize how players engage with these sports.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and strongly grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will take ownership of our centralized sales team, selling strategy, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive growth. This is a unique opportunity to build Volley's sales function and team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Maintaining enough quality opportunities to meet growth goals.
  • Sales Team Optimization: Managing and adding to the sales team while maintaining a consistent sales process and close rate (target 80%).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success: Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure customer communications are strategic and aligned with our goals.
  • New Sports Selling: Selling the Volley service into Tennis and Pickleball, which will be the first material growth for the company in these sports.

This role is ideal for a creative, tenacious, “make it happen” salesperson who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact.

Key Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or FitTech industries.
  • Proven experience in B2B2C selling with multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Recent sales experience in
    • Selling accounts worth +$300K annually.
    • Developing and implementing quarterly sales goals.
    • Making first sales of a new to market product.
  • Racquet sports experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
