Paper.id is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Enterprise Sales Lead to drive revenue growth, expand our corporate client base, and lead our high-performing sales team. In this dual-impact role, you will act as both a strategic Hunter (actively scouting and securing new enterprise accounts) and a dedicated Farmer (nurturing and maximizing the value of our existing clients).
As a leader, you will provide coaching, guidance, and strategic direction to the sales team while collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless business alignment.
ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution (Hunter & Farmer): Develop and implement end-to-end sales strategies to aggressively acquire new B2B/Enterprise clients (Hunting) while systematically maintaining and upselling existing accounts (Farming) to maximize customer lifetime value.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the enterprise sales team, providing continuous coaching and pipeline management to ensure the team hits quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Deal Making & Negotiation: Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and corporate partnerships. Lead high-stakes negotiations and handle complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to closing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Development, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure tailored solutions for enterprise clients and smooth onboarding processes.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales metrics, manage pipeline health, and provide accurate sales forecasting to inform business decisions and optimize overall sales efficiency.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, digital payment landscapes, competitor movements, and corporate customer needs to continuously refine Paper.id’s value proposition.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, Fintech, Banking, or corporate technology solutions.
Dual Capabilities: Demonstrated track record of balance between high-velocity lead generation (Hunting) and strategic account management (Farming).
Communication & Personality: Exceptionally cheerful, proactive, and highly communicative. Must possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to naturally carry high-level business conversations with C-Level executives and key decision-makers.
Executive Presence: Well-groomed with a professional appearance, projecting strong confidence and credibility as the face of Paper.id in front of enterprise corporate clients.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset to analyze sales metrics, pipelines, and market trends.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate financial workflows, invoicing systems, or B2B payment cycles is a major advantage.
