About the role

To support our steady growth, Trustpair is looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist in growing our customer base in North America. Your mission will be to generate leads from identified strategic accounts. As the owner of the lead generation process, you will be in charge of developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with the target persona and turn prospects into a sales pipeline.

Competitive package, based on experience: $60-75k base salary + $15-20k bonus uncapped

Hybrid policy of 2 days per week in the office.

What you'll do
  • Outbound: To achieve your goals, you'll organize your days to call prospects with a methodical approach. You'll work with marketing team to define strategical accounts to target and to build actions plans to best achieve your goals.

  • Inbound: Qualifying inbound leads and contacting potential customers through cold calling, email and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context and how we can help them. You will evangelize and showcase Trustpair's value proposition.

  • Partnership referrals: You’ll qualify and manage leads referred by our partners, ensuring a fast and thoughtful follow-up. You’ll coordinate with the relevant internal stakeholders and nurture these introductions into qualified opportunities while accurately tracking their progress and attribution in the CRM.

  • Event follow-up: You’ll process and qualify leads generated through trade shows, webinars, and other events. You’ll conduct timely follow-ups across email, phone, and LinkedIn, manage structured outreach sequences, and collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to convert event contacts into pipeline opportunities. You’ll also ensure all activities and lead information remain up to date in the CRM.

  • Within one month: You will complete your onboarding and begin your journey as a SDR. You will master the methodology for engaging with, and qualifying prospects. You will start qualifying leads and booking your first opportunities.

  • Within 2 months: You will fully master our tools and move on to the outbound call phase. You will start targeting our target prospection lists. You will book more qualified opportunities on priority accounts.

  • Within 4 months: You will be fully familiar with your territory plan. You will reach 100% of your monthly targets. You will know your personas and the specifics of your market and sales territory

  • Within 6 month: You are able to organize yourself independently You know how to monitor your performance You iterate with relevance with the transversal teams.
