We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a high-impact digital initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional digital programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a secure, scalable platform that powers digital commerce and enhances the experience for collectors and enthusiasts. 

This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Program Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-phase digital program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, product, engineering, external partners, marketing, and customer success teams to define program scope, success criteria, and deliverables. 
  • Security Oversight: Partner with security teams to embed best practices and compliance frameworks throughout the platform lifecycle. 
  • eCommerce Expertise: Guide the implementation of secure and high-converting commerce capabilities, including payment processing, fraud detection, inventory management, and customer experience. 
  • Trading Card Industry Insight: Bring deep understanding or passion for trading cards (physical or digital), including grading, authentication, marketplaces, and collector behavior. 
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and proactively address risks, blockers, and interdependencies. 
  • Agile & Scalable Delivery: Promote best-in-class project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid), and ensure scalable systems and processes. 
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, produce executive-level reporting, and facilitate transparent cross-team communication. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in program or project management within digital or technology-driven environments. 
  • Proven track record of delivering secure eCommerce platforms or products, ideally with physical/digital goods. 
  • Strong familiarity with application and data security best practices
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional teams and external vendors or partners. 
  • Understanding or strong interest in the collectibles industry
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or startup-like environments. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.). 
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms. 
  • Familiarity with trading card grading, authentication, or selling preferred. 
  • Technical background or degree in computer science, information systems, or similar field.
