Enterprise Product Manager at Skyfall AI
Job Overview:
Skyfall AI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of our broad IT management product portfolio. This role spans multiple domains—including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other IT workflows—to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions for large enterprises. Your leadership will ensure that our products not only integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise ecosystems but also drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Product Management:
Define and execute a unified product vision and roadmap for our enterprise IT solutions that cover ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and related products
Align product strategy with overall business goals and evolving enterprise IT trends
Unified IT Management Strategy:
Develop a product vision and roadmap that spans ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and related IT products, ensuring the solution addresses end‑to‑end IT operations
Align the product strategy with enterprise IT goals, incorporating best practices (e.g., ITIL) and addressing regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements Gathering & Technical Specification:
Collaborate with IT operations, asset management, and infrastructure teams to gather technical requirements, analyze data from multiple IT domains, and define detailed product specifications
Create user stories and technical documentation for integrations with platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian JSM, BMC Remedy, and similar systems
Integration & Interoperability:
Define and manage integration strategies with existing enterprise systems (e.g., incident, problem, change management, asset tracking, and operations monitoring tools)
Oversee the development of APIs, data pipelines, and middleware to ensure seamless connectivity between our product and third‑party IT platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience in enterprise IT, covering areas such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, or a related domain
Demonstrated success in managing complex IT products and integrating multiple IT workflows into a cohesive solution
Experience working with platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian JSM, or comparable enterprise IT management systems
Exposure to ITIL frameworks or certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert/Practitioner) and other relevant industry standards
Location - Bangalore
