Your Mission:

As a Product Lead at Propeller, you’ll take ownership of Propeller’s enterprise product direction. You’ll work closely with our customers and the go-to-market (GTM) team to understand how our products could better serve them out on site and in the office. You will translate those insights into solutions with the help of your engineers and designers. You’ll play a key role in shaping the roadmap and work with the Engineering and Design teams to deliver enterprise-grade APIs, integrations and partnerships that help customers connect Propeller to their existing systems and support their teams across global worksites.

This role will suit an individual who has hands-on experience communicating with, and working closely with enterprise customers. You’ll bring your energy and clarity to the teams building our products, while giving GTM teams confidence in the product direction. You’ll define the strategy for the enterprise teams whilst staying hands-on enough to ensure you understand the solutions that you’re building for the end user.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with enterprise customers and GTM teams to understand customer challenges and translate those insights into clear product priorities.
  • Work with squads to define and evolve the roadmap for enterprise capabilities (APIs, integrations, security and administration, user/data management, certifications, and pricing/packaging).
  • Drive execution by breaking down ambiguous, high-impact initiatives into deliverables, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams focused on outcomes.
  • Own the successful launch of major features in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Marketing. You’ll be involved in defining success metrics, positioning, and the story we tell customers.
  • Partner with GTM teams to evaluate potential enterprise partnerships and integrations, working with engineering to assess feasibility and with GTM teams to understand customer and commercial value.

What We Do

Founded by Francis Vierboom and Rory San Miguel in 2014, Propeller has revolutionized how construction sites, quarries, mines, and landfills work, from the ground up. Propeller has grown from a Sydney-based start-up to a global, widely-respected business with offices in Denver, Manila, and Amsterdam, powering over 80,000 users across 40,000 worksites in over 120 countries. This easy-to-use platform combines the best GIS and survey technologies. It empowers its users to map, measure and manage their worksites like never before. But a platform is only as good as the people who make and use it. Through the power of innovation and user adoption, the map is where the collaboration happens – it’s a one-stop hub for communication and transparency. Propeller runs on honesty and impact. With a single goal in mind, to empower users across the globe with survey solutions that are simpler, faster, and smarter. Visit https://www.propelleraero.com to find out more.
