Enterprise Operations Engineer I
About the Role:
As an Enterprise Operations Engineer I you’ll support and maintain the IT infrastructure, applications, and endpoints that enable our global team. You will manage SaaS services, assist with network setup and changes, handle IT requests, and troubleshoot issues for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, helping users with account administration, hardware, software, and application problems.
- Application Support: Support SaaS services like Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Slack.
- Network & Security: Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN configurations.
- System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents to ensure uptime and performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain IT assets and work with vendors to restock equipment.
- Service Management: Respond to service desk tickets within agreed SLAs.
- IT Compliance: Assist in audits and periodic account reviews.
- Automation: Help streamline tasks using automation tools like Workato.
- Technical Support: Respond to escalations from Advanced Support Engineers related to router and VPN issues. Assist in resolving customer inquiries, including conducting remote sessions to troubleshoot installation and download problems.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of managing SaaS services.
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Workspace One, Kandji MDM).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

This position reports directly to our Global Enterprise Operations Lead in the Philippines.
- At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
