Our client has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Integration Services Specialist responsible for assisting U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the execution of architecture and engineering support for USCIS’ enterprise infrastructure program. Candidate will integrate cloud-based and on-prem systems, API management, middleware technologies, ETL processes, and cloud-native services.
Responsibilities
• Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge.
• May supervise others. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
• Lead enterprise integration projects, integrating diverse cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
• Develop, implement, and provide enhanced security capabilities to minimize malware, data exfiltration, and other security risks.
• Design and architect using Application Programming Interface (API) integration.
• Support multi-vendor, multi-platform capabilities.
• Deliver compatible services with virtual, physical appliances, and cloud environments.
• Architect multi-tenancy environments allowing for the management of millions of IP addresses and multiple tenants in a single deployment.
• Design high high-availability architecture to minimize downtime.
• Architect a customizable, single-pane view with real-time information display.
• Develop an extendable and open architecture to ensure rapid integration with initiatives such as private/hybrid clouds, virtualization, digitization, artificial intelligence (AI), mobility device integration, and IoT.
Qualifications
• 10+ years relevant enterprise cloud integration experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with microservices, architecture, containerization technologies, and cloud-native integration tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively solve problems.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with independent schedules and budgets simultaneously.
• Ability to work remotely.
Important Note
Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance use, and employment verification; an active USCIS background investigation is preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for a suitability determination.
Must be fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
Must be a US resident, preferably located in Puerto Rico.
