Envitia is a UK-based data and digital consultancy, delivering high-impact transformation services that help organisations unlock the full value of their data. With over 30 years of experience, we combine deep technical expertise with a strong consulting approach, working in close partnership with our clients to solve complex, mission-critical challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Our consulting teams operate at the heart of some of the UK’s most critical programmes, partnering with Central Government, Defence, and National Security organisations. We act as trusted advisors—shaping strategy, defining architectures, and leading transformation initiatives that enable our clients to harness data, from geospatial intelligence through to advanced analytics and AI.

At Envitia, consulting is about more than delivery, it’s about influence, impact, and long-term partnership. You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative consulting practice that is focused on delivering real value, building enduring client relationships, and shaping the future of data-driven decision-making in complex environments.

We’re also proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Medium-Sized Companies, a reflection of our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and creating an environment where our people can thrive.

The Role

As an Enterprise Architect at Envitia, you’ll take a leading role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements across Central Government and Defence clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand complex organisational challenges and define enterprise-level business and technology architectures that enable meaningful transformation.

You’ll bring a strong consulting mindset, combining strategic thinking with commercial awareness to develop clear visions, roadmaps, and target-state architectures aligned to client priorities. Your focus will be on delivering tangible business value—ensuring that technology decisions drive measurable outcomes and long-term success for our customers.

In this role, you won’t just design architectures, you’ll lead change. You’ll drive the adoption of new business and technical capabilities, working across stakeholders to embed solutions effectively and ensure they deliver real-world impact. From early-stage advisory and strategy through to delivery and transition, you’ll take ownership of the full client lifecycle, providing leadership and direction at every stage.

This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client engagement, playing a key role in growing Envitia’s consulting capability while helping customers solve complex, mission-critical challenges.

What We Do

Envitia is a data software and services company that solves complex data challenges. Data is at the heart of every digital transformation project. It’s part of the competitive world we live in yet organisations are struggling to make sense of the explosion of data from multiple data sources and formats from sensors to social media and Government open data. Data needs data experts to solve complex issues such as differing data sources, multiple data formats, missing data or poor data quality (the main reason for any failed digital project). With our technology and data expertise we help customers, across public and private sectors, solve business problems or improve decision-making by making better use of accurate and relevant data
