Position OverviewAs the Lead Solutions Architect, you will define and guide the overall architecture strategy for a secure collaboration platform. You’ll work across engineering, security, and mission stakeholders to ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, and aligned with evolving defense requirements.
What You’ll Do- Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for a secure, enterprise collaboration platform
- Establish and drive the platform capability roadmap aligned to mission needs and emerging technologies
- Ensure interoperability across systems, partners, and coalition environments
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout design and implementation
- Champion modern security principles, including zero trust architectures, across the platform
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in systems or solutions architecture
- Proven experience working with defense or national security systems
- Expertise in designing and implementing zero trust-based security architectures
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
- Experience supporting DoD programs or environments
- Background in collaboration technologies and systems integration
Compensation: $160,000+
