Job Scope:
- Advisory role to client’s tech leaders in developing and maintaining the organization's IT architecture to ensure it aligns with the overall business strategy
- Creating and managing a technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and ensure that the IT architecture supports the organization's objectives
- Establishing and enforcing IT standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
- Creating high-level solution designs and architecture that meet the requirements, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration with existing systems and fit with overall enterprise architecture
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, particularly in relation to IT architecture and technology implementation
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to be used in the solution based on the requirements and constraints
- Creating high-level solution designs and architecture that meet the requirements, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration with existing systems
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the following areas: Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, and application development & deployment across technology areas such as microservice, design patterns, Containerization – K8S, Docker, Integration – Kafka, AMQP, API, Mobile Application, CI/CD, SRE, Data & analytics & AI/ML, IoT, Security, IaC
- Very well understanding of design concepts and architectural patterns. Thorough understanding and strong concept of every architecture layer and tech capabilities
- Experience across different industry segments such as financial services, logistic, transportation, tech, insurance, healthcare, government, telco
- Deep technical knowledge of current technology and trends
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to collaborate
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and agile techniques.
- Experience in IT management advisory and consulting
- Prior experience in public sector projects; knowledge of Singapore GCC & SHIP-HATS2.0 will be advantageous
