We are seeking an Enterprise AI Program AVP to support the execution and scaling of Blackstone’s Enterprise AI initiatives. This role will sit at the center of the AI operating model, helping ensure that use cases are identified, evaluated, piloted, tracked, and scaled in a structured and repeatable manner across the firm. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and execute against the Enterprise AI use case pipeline, evaluating requests based on business impact, feasibility, scalability, risk, and alignment to firmwide AI priorities.

  • Lead priority AI pilots with business and technology partners, defining success criteria, tracking outcomes, and driving recommendations on scale, iteration, or sunset.

  • Translate successful AI use cases into scalable playbooks, workflows, and enablement materials that can be reused across teams and functions.

  • Synthesize adoption, usage, feedback, and business impact data into executive-ready insights, identifying trends, risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve AI enablement, product adoption, and enterprise value realization.

  • Partner with product, platform, governance, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve the AI delivery model, translating business feedback into actionable requirements, tracking follow-through, and ensuring recurring themes inform roadmap and process improvements.

  • Support the evolution of Blackstone’s enterprise AI operating model, helping refine intake, prioritization, governance, measurement, and enablement processes as AI capabilities grow across the firm.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product operations, program management, technology, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive workstreams from strategy to implementation.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including experience synthesizing data, feedback, and business context into executive-ready recommendations.

  • Proven experience to influence across teams, build trusted relationships, and drive alignment with business, technology, governance, and vendor stakeholders.

  • Experience building, implementing, or managing enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or workflow solutions; experience with Power Platform/Copilot Studio is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
