Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or named accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service.
- Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions using our industry-leading mobile data collection platform.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce).
- Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle B2B software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Success: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and account growth metrics.
Skills:
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred).
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
- Proven track record of quota and retention achievement.
