What you’ll do:Close contracts for enterprise accounts in Europe (deal size €100k-1M, 2,000+ FTE)
Own your territory: land the biggest construction companies in Europe and expand accounts from local to global
Work closely with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to win enterprise deals and make sure the product fits your customers
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
Closed SaaS deals at €100k+ (ideally in traditional industries like manufacturing, logistics, construction, trade)
Excelled in your numbers and consistently ranked at the top of your team in a fast-paced startup environment (ideally Seed to Series C)
Take ownership, are coachable, value feedback
Fluent in German and English
Salary: €160-220k OTE

Skills Required
- 4+ years as an Account Executive in enterprise B2B SaaS
- Proven track record closing SaaS deals of €100k or more
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers (≈2,000+ FTE) and closing €100k–€1M deals
- Consistently exceeded sales targets and ranked at top of team in fast-paced startup environments
- Fluent in German and English
- Coachable, takes ownership and values feedback
- Experience in traditional industries (manufacturing, logistics, construction, trade) and Seed-to-Series C startups
