THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA sales team, reporting into the VP Sales EMEA. This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships with legal decision-makers, selling AI solutions that help organizations succeed and thrive, and driving revenue growth. At Leah, you won’t just sell - you’ll play a key role in supporting Leah’s rapid growth as we redefine the way lawyers work.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build strategic relationships. Become a trusted advisor to the legal industry,
  • Understand the market. Stay ahead of market trends, learning how generative AI is reshaping the legal industry and using that knowledge to shape your approach.
  • Own your success. This is your territory to build. You’ll have the autonomy to prospect, close deals, and drive revenue while being backed by a solution that is transforming the market.
  • Communicate our vision. Clearly convey how Leah addresses real challenges in the legal industry, demonstrating tangible benefits and long-term value to customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Leah is scaling rapidly, and every deal you close helps shape the company’s future.
  • Consistently outperform sales targets by leveraging Leah’s industry-leading AI technology and strong market demand to drive revenue growth.

  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Proven sales success. 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Bring your expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A legal background, whether as a lawyer or working in professional services, is highly valued.
  • Industry experience matters. Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, CLM, or AI-driven tools, especially selling to law firms or legal teams, gives you a strong edge.
  • Sell with insight. A consultative, value-based approach with the ability to simplify technical solutions for legal professionals.
  • Master complex deals. Navigate multi-threaded sales processes, managing multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and close high-value opportunities.
  • Stay sharp and organized. Strong Salesforce proficiency with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
  • Hunter mentality. Proactive and relentless in pursuing new opportunities, with a proven track record of high-velocity prospecting and business generation.
  • Be where the deals happen. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
