ABOUT THE ROLE
Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to support our team. We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working at the convergence of technology and national security. The work will be dynamic and wide-ranging with Sales efforts supporting the deployment and scale of our Game Warden platform.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Second Front Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and helping them leverage and expand the use of our software solutions to meet their business needs. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target new enterprise customers in the Federal compliance and data security industry.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Run sales cycles from initial product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients through contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in SalesForce.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously update product knowledge by doing market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of our software solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- A Proven track record of B2B sales with a minimum of 4 years experience selling six and seven figure data security and compliance services deals to FSI’s and Enterprise ISV’s who sell to the Federal Government.
- Knowledge of Federal Compliances such as NIST, DOD Impact Levels, FedRAMP., CMMC, ISO 27001 and others.
- Experience working with Federal Channel Partners.
- Experience working remotely in a start-up environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
