We are looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to come on board and lead us into the next exciting chapter of our growth. In your role, you will be focused on landing net new financial services customers, ensuring these customers obtain value from their investment and then helping these customers to expand their use of our platform enterprise wide.
Our client roster includes 14 global banks including Barclays, two of the top three US banks by size, and four of the top five asset managers globally. For a company of our size and at our stage of our growth we are punching well above our weight!
Cutover is a Series B business and we are fortunate to be backed by hugely supportive and successful investors including Eldridge, Index, and Sussex Place Ventures. Simply put, this is a Saas sales role suited to a new business hunter who believes they have what it takes to be a top tier genuine enterprise seller. Our compensation plan is incredibly lucrative and you will have a serious chance of out earning your OTE.
What we’d like you to bring to the table…
- You have enterprise-level SaaS sales experience under your belt, with at least 5 years of quota carrying experience
- You are comfortable self generating pipeline and creating your own opportunities
- You can evidence closing net new land ARR deals north of $100k, preferably in Financial Services but if not you are keen to carve out a career selling into Financial Services.
- You’re resilient and feel mistakes are learning opportunities. You value feedback and want to be challenged.
- You are fluent in the modern enterprise salesperson’s technology stack (Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Hubspot, etc.)
- You have embraced sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, GAP, Value Based Selling in previous roles...
- You’re collaborative and love working with other stakeholders across the business including Sales Engineering, BDR’s, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Business Ops.
- Must be comfortable working remotely
Nice to have:
- You’ve previously worked in a early stage startup (Series D or earlier)
- You have a strong network of technical stakeholders from your experience selling SaaS products to CIO/CTO level folks
- You honed your prospecting skills as an BDR/SDR prior to moving into a closing role
- You are Challenger sales trained or have a Challenger mentality

Target compensation package: $150,000 base + $150,000 variable + stock options + benefits.
The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.
