Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Sales, the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling TraceGains products into enterprise accounts with annual revenues of $1B or greater.  This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing the territory and closing new account sales.

This is a fully remote position.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Own the expansion strategy for a focused portfolio of named, multinational enterprise accounts—building on established relationships and an existing pipeline.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and functional leaders, uncovering business challenges and connecting them to TraceGains solutions.
  • Advance complex, high-value opportunities from discovery through close, including RFI/RFP processes, contracting, commercial negotiations, and enterprise procurement.
  • Create compelling, value-based presentations for customer meetings, executive conversations, industry conferences, and potential speaking engagements.
  • Partner across TraceGains, Esko, and internal legal, commercial, product, and delivery teams to coordinate solutions and accelerate global growth.
  • Engage customers frequently—including recurring visits to priority accounts—and collaborate across North American and European time zones.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, food manufacturing, food science, R&D, quality, or a related field. Deep food industry expertise may substitute for traditional direct-sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success influencing complex organizations, developing strategic accounts, or advancing high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including familiarity with contracts, commercial terms, enterprise procurement, negotiations, and RFI/RFP processes.
  • Executive presence and persuasive presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and represent TraceGains at customer and industry events.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events, including overnight and international travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, food science, or a related discipline is preferred.
