The Company
What We Do
Cedar is building an AI-native professional network that uses agents to improve hiring through trusted employee referrals. Its platform maps professional relationships from short conversations, identifies high-signal candidates, and helps companies scale referral-based recruiting. The company positions recruiting as its initial wedge while helping teams connect exceptional people with relevant opportunities, aiming to provide a more effective alternative to conventional professional networking and talent-acquisition channels.
