Your mission

As an Enterprise Sales Manager based in London, you will focus on strategic accounts in Europe, securing partnerships with major shipping companies and driving long-term growth. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles and position Kaiko Systems as the go-to partner for maritime digitization.

Your skillset to navigate success:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprises in the maritime sector.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, ensuring alignment with their digital transformation goals.
  • Drive sales of Kaiko Systems’ SaaS solutions, including advanced analytics tools like KAI.
  • Negotiate multi-year contracts and lead high-value sales engagements.
  • Partner with product development to advocate for enterprise client needs.

Your Profile:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the maritime or logistics industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in selling AI or data-driven products is a plus.
