Build Pipeline - Create a target list of companies and prospects. Reach out to them to explore a fit.
Conduct pilots and establish aha moment with customers in the pipeline.
Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
Consistently update sales process and strategy based on what is working and what is not.
Q1 - Own and deliver at least $5K new MRR (~ 2 new logos)
