We're hiring an experienced Enhancement Production Manager to oversee landscape upgrade projects from estimate to execution. This is a hands-on, field-integrated leadership role that includes crew management, project scheduling, quality control, and profitability accountability.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of enhancement crews, ensuring jobs are on time, within scope, and on budget
- Oversee material staging, equipment readiness, and labor coordination
- Conduct site visits, estimate job scopes, and validate job costing accuracy
- Manage schedules and project plans in coordination with account managers
- Train and develop crew leaders and field teams to meet quality and safety standards
- Act as client point-of-contact alongside account managers for in-progress work
- Monitor project budgets and labor use to ensure profitability
- Track and manage paperwork, including timecards, incident reports, and billing prep
- Support snow removal operations during winter season (as applicable)
What You Bring
- 3+ years in landscape construction or enhancement project management
- Strong understanding of plant materials, installation techniques, and equipment use
- Valid driver's license and ability to comply with DOT regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and project scheduling tools
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to manage budgets, solve problems, and operate independently
