ABOUT THE JOB:
The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improve the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.
We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for one of our most business-critical systems, with large sections of the company relying on you to support them. You will work across a broad set of stakeholders to design, develop, and implement improvements and optimizations to our PLM system.
WHAT YOU"LL DO:
- Manage the Teamcenter development team's sprint execution - Run sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Track velocity, burndown, and capacity. Remove blockers and escalate risks.
- Drive cross-functional project delivery - Build project plans with timelines, dependencies, and resource needs. Coordinate across business stakeholders, vendors, and internal dev teams to hit milestones.
- Make real-time priority calls as business needs shift - Rapidly assess impact of changing priorities on timelines, resources, and downstream dependencies. Provide clear trade-off analysis (what gets delayed, what resources need to move, what's at risk) so leadership can make informed decisions fast.
- Replan on the fly - When priorities change (and they will, constantly), quickly reorganize sprints, reallocate resources, and communicate new plans to all stakeholders within hours, not days.
- Translate requirements into executable work - Break down business needs into user stories and technical tasks. Ensure dev teams understand what to build and business understands what they're getting.
- Track and communicate project health - Maintain dashboards, status reports, and metrics. Proactively flag slipping schedules, budget overruns, and scope creep. No surprises.
- Manage project budgets and timelines - Track spend, forecast costs, and keep projects on schedule. Support ROI analysis when needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of PLM tools (Teamcenter, Enovia, SAP PLM, or similar) and engineering workflows: if you don’t have this everything else does not matter.
- 3+ years of program/project management experience delivering related PLM software complex cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to pivot quickly - you've managed projects where priorities changed weekly and you kept teams productive and focused
- Strong decisiveness under uncertainty - you can make rapid impact assessments with incomplete information and communicate trade-offs clearly
- Proficiency with project tools - Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
- Strong facilitator - you can run a tight meeting, drive decisions, and get alignment across technical and business teams
- Communication skills - you can translate between engineers and executives without losing the message, especially when delivering bad news or trade-off scenarios
- Bias for action - you don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, you fix it. Priorities change? You're already replanning.
- U.S. Person status required (export control)
- Up to 40% travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter specifically
- Track record managing contract developers
- Background in engineering or manufacturing business processes
- Experience in rapidly-scaling technical environments
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
