- Assist engineers in the design, development, testing and maintenance of process equipment
- Provides on call technical support as needed
- Develops cost estimates for new and existing process
- Develops and implement quality, safety, and process improvements
- This individual will work closely with Process, Quality and Product Engineers on key projects and initiatives
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to maintenance staff
- Must have the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of this individual
- Facilitates and/or support improvement projects, maintenance projects and aid in process troubleshooting
- Solid communication, teamwork and integration skills will be required to work effectively across functions at multiple levels
- Acts as liaison with subcontractors and parts vendors
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associate's degree in an engineering or science related and at least 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Experience designing/building/testing/maintaining/repairing mechanical equipment
- Experience with creating and/or redlining drawings
- Must have the ability to manage time effectively while dealing with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of this individual
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Highly driven and assertive personality
- Good planning, time management and organization skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science related or equivalent experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
