We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technical Specialist to support our engineering executive in Renton, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and the ability to identify trends in recurring data, including performance and engineering data such as on-time performance, quality metrics, and manufacturing defects. This role will involve digesting complex data sets and articulating findings through presentations and reports.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Analyze recurring data to identify trends and insights related to performance metrics, manufacturing and engineering data.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and other documentation to effectively communicate trends and findings to the engineering executive and senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the executive, senior leaders, and managers to ensure that data insights are easily accessible and actionable for solving recurring problems.
  • Meeting Support: Provide general support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Organizational Support: Address general needs for the organization including facilities needs, meeting bookings, workshop and event support

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Renton, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Engineering and Technology related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior management.
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Summary Pay Range: $108,800 - $147,200
